Returns:

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order.

Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. Please contact us at info@kynobrok.nl. Unfortunately, we cannot make returns on foodstuffs due to the hygiene and health that we must guarantee.

If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only the costs for returning from your home to our store are at your own expense.

These costs amount to approximately €7.95 per package up to 14 kg, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. Different rates apply for letterbox packages, which will be displayed where necessary in the menu during checkout.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - with closed packaging - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@kynobrok.nl with the subject return with a clearly described reason.

We will then go through the returns process with you within 14 days of registering your return.

We cannot take back damaged or opened packaging relating to food to ensure hygiene and health.

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed and shipped on working days between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, provided stock is sufficient.

If you place an order after 5:00 PM or during the weekend, it will be carried over to the next working day.

Shipping rates and delivery time

We mainly work with PostNL. PostNL delivers letterbox parcels within the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday.

Letterbox parcels are usually delivered within 24 hours and a maximum of 5 working days. The delivery of other mail varies per shipping option.

Shipping Confirmation & Shipment Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with/without a track & trace number when your order has been shipped.

This allows you to see on which day and at what time the package will be delivered and where you can pick it up.

The costs are approximately € 7.25 per package, unless stated otherwise in your order overview and the promotions that the online store is currently offering.

Post NL no longer leaves collection messages when you are not at home. Therefore, keep your track and trace number of the shipment at hand to track your shipment.
